Urban graphite on paper drawing of a vertical view of Puerta del Sol in Madrid. Cars, people and architecture appear in this descriptive work. The artist reflects some details of the passing of time such as the big billboards on the buildings.
Atmospheric, detailed and with synthetic architecture, this drawing is an exceptional document of Madrid in 1971.
The signature is on the lower left corner and says “Puerta del Sol Madrid. May 1971. A. López Torres”.
