In this work López Torres paints a landscape near Ciudad Real where the main element is a house in the middle of the scene. The painter uses a wide range of cold green colours to paint the surrounding fields masterfully. The landscape becomes atmospheric and vaporous in the background while, in the foreground, there are some sheep and a boy in a sitting position, painted in a schematic form.
The painting is not signed.
