Small horizontal panel where the artist describes a reaper resting under the shade of a cart. He depicts this moment using schematic brushstrokes to integrate the figure into the rest of the scene. The man is between the wooden sticks of the cart and surrounded by the yellow tones of the fields. In the background there is a white house and over all these elements the sky is clear and blue.

It is signed as “A. López Torres” on the lower right part.
